Nell International was established in 2003. We were devoted to producing excellent power semiconductors. The R&D Center was established in 2016, right after we increased capital and restructured the company to Nell Power Semiconductor Ltd., Co., meanwhile, the Customize Production Center was established in the same year. We only focus on the Field of Power Semiconductor. We provide professional Service, Chip developing, Product’s structure designing, Packaging, Custom-made product, Power Semiconductor testing apparatus.
